LUSH, TROPICAL, AND MODERN NEW YEAR’S FLORALS FOR A JANUARY WEDDING AT THE COLONY HOUSE.
PETER + NOLAN
for Peter and Nolan, we created an urban jungle using modern green and white tropical flowers, metallic accents, and a custom hanging disco ball install. for ceremony, we set up a golden metal arch with tropical accents and attached palm leaf bouquets to the chairs to line the aisle.
their reception tables had a combination of high-low florals to fully bring the room to life. tropical centerpieces on gold metal stands created height, and repurposed ceremony flowers decorated the sweetheart table with disco ball decor. the mood was lush, wintry, and bright.
above it all, a custom disco ball installation shimmered through hanging tropical foliage. Peter and Nolan shone brightest, however, each performing for the other with violin and dance. the night was a brilliant and celebratory beginning for the newlyweds and for the new year.
